Here we are at the Scottish games. Daddy was seeing if Baby Mack was interested in any beer... not sure he has acquired the taste yet!!!
Our little Irishman in his plaid golfer hat from Auntie Annette! How cute is this profile!

Sunglasses... they're so cute, but Mack's not a big fan.

Sasha was kissing Mack here

HA HA! I love the eyes in this one!

Cutest baby!

I love this kid!!!
Hi everyone! It's been awhile since we've updated the blog, so here are a few pictures of our little man. We have been having so much fun with him lately! He's cooing away and making super funny noises. And his daddy can make him laugh like nothing I've ever seen. The other morning we were all out for a stroll around the neighborhood. It was kind of chilly out, so we were bundled up and Mack's little head was sticking out of the baby bjorn fleece cover. He had a hat on, so all you could see were his big blue eyes. Tom would look over at him and make a funny face and Mack was cracking up! We laughed the whole time. He's SO CUTE!
We went to the Scottish Games festival this past weekend with some friends. It was a great time! We were going to have Mack wear his little golf hat that you see in these pictures, but the wind was whipping, so we opted for a hoodie instead. He had a great time, just slept and hung out the entire day. What a little trooper.
I hope this finds everyone happy and healthy! Much love!

I've been a good boy... wink wink!
Well, we braved the crazy holiday travel once again and made the trek to Montana for Christmas! We had a fantastic time, and Mack was once again an angel on the flights. The weather was ICY cold when we first arrived (minus 2!) but then it was down right balmy by the end of the week (30's!). We spent lots of time at my parents' house just hanging out and playing with Mack. Joe and Kerry and Elijah and Dalvay came over quite a bit, too, so we got to hang out with them. Thank you to my mom and dad for babysitting so we could go out and about. My parents were brave enough to watch all three grandkids so Joe and Kerry and Tom and I could go to dinner. We had so much fun catching up and having adult conversation!
What a blessing it is to have our families get together for the holidays. It makes us feel sad that we live so far away. I have to admit though... as much as I enjoyed the white Christmas, the SUNSHINE sure did feel good when we landed!!!
Happy New Year to everyone! Here's to a fantastic 2009! Much love and prosperity to all.
